Yes, I believe all of Oregon and Washington may be closing their centers. All centers in the eastern part of those states closed and lots of closures are happening all over Washington and Oregon. McMinnville and Sherwood were smaller centers in Oregon as was the Longview center in Washington, all of which are now closed. This leaves only the largest centers in both of these states still open, but I don’t forsee them remaining in business as it is terribly slow and a possible merge may take place with 2 of the South Washington Centers. I used to work for the company and if I still did, I would get out now. Most, (not all) of the work environments with LA are abusive and the bottom line is sales, nothing else…
What is going on? I decided to go back to la weight loss and there is no la weight loss here in town anymore?? Ive tried others like in salem and they are all closed too?? will they be in business anytime soon?? i need to get back on track? where can i find a location that will be open?
CC The entire company went out of business over the course of the last year and a half. You will not find any centers to go to. I did hear that there might be a couple left open, but bought individually, but I wouldn’t even consider that as I’m certain they too are on shaky ground with the economy and if they were forced to close, you would risk being out what you’ve spent and have to start all over again. The food program itself was absolutely excellent and I believe one of the best out there as it was very healthy, well balanced and unless you cheat, you would most def. lose weight. Good luck with your new venture and sorry you are disappointed. Thousands of customers were as well as employee’s like myself. I left before they closed, because I saw it coming and could not support their business practices around treatment of their employee’s. Good luck.
