I filed a refund application 12/28/07, after I attempted to find out information on any refunds due members who had renewed. I had renewed my membership 11/15/07, paying $49.00 for 52 weeks of service. On 12/28/07, I was told about the closing and was asked if I wanted products in place of any monetary refund; since I reviewed what was on their shelves, I chose to proceed with any monies that are owed me, calculated by staff as $487.00 plus the $49.00 renewal membership I paid for a total of $536.00. Please do whatever you can to assure my refund. Thank you.

I understand that banks and secured creditors get paid first; however, I am 65 years old, I paid money ahead of time for products and services that were due to me. I had my money taken out of my account like everyone else. Since we were cheated and misinformed, we deserve to paid back the money this company owes all of us. We should count just as much as a bank or any other creditor. We kept the company and personnel running and in business. We should and deserve to be paid the monies owed us. I registered my claim to the money owed me at City Hall. And I can only wish and hope that they do not forget us. They took the money from us and they need to pay it back to us. I just received a letter today (probably – I hope) illegal concerning Pure Weight Loss products that I could buy at a lesser price. I threw it in the trash because I don’t to get the products cheaper. I want my money back.
