L.A. Weight Loss Centers to Close (List)

Warning to any current or future LA Weight Loss customers considering prepaying for products or services: rumors abound that certain LA Weight Loss Centers may be closing in the near future. If that happens, you may have a hard time getting a refund or the products you are owed.

According to comments left recently on franchise website FranchisePick.com, the following centers are believed to be closing in the near future:

GA Conyers
GA Alpharetta
GA Stone Mountain
ID Boise
KY Elizabethtown
KY Louisville/Hurstbourne
KY Springhurst
MT Bozeman
NE Butte
NE Lincoln
NV Reno
NV Sparks
SC Asheville
SC Spartanburg
TN Greenville

    McMinnville, Oregon center is closing on September 26th and I understand that the Sherwood, Oregon center closed last month.

    Caguas, Puerto Rico, Center close without previous notification.

    I’m sad to hear the business closed. I found out by trying to call my center after an absence since August (now December) wanting to get started up again and pick up some of the 12 boxes of lites on credit at the store. It seems they should have called their customers to come pick up their products knowing they would be closing. Is there any way to retrieve products at this point?
